AQ recently introduced enhanced reporting capabilities for manufacturers with the upcoming launch of AQ Insight, a reporting platform specifically for AQ manufacturers. AQ Insight, which customers got an early look at during this year’s NAFEM Show, allows manufacturers to tap into key data to gain more visibility about their product’s positioning and performance on the AQ platform. The reporting platform will offer two levels of service: Basic and Pro. The Basic tier will offer category-level reporting, while the Pro tier will offer a deeper dive into product-level reporting and quoting volume. AQ Insight is in the final phase of development and is expected to launch in early 2020.
Additionally, AQ launched Content Creation for CAD and Revit in Q3 as part of AQ’s new Design Studio services to better support manufacturers and the industry’s design community who have incorporated design as a key component of the quoting and sales process. With more than half of AQ users regularly including drawings with their quotes, the demand for CAD and Revit content has never been higher. AQ users can filter their search results by the availability of CAD and Revit so manufacturers are being more diligent about the quality and fullness of the content and information available on AQ.
Modeled by AQ’s CFSP-certified content specialists, AQ’s content is highly dynamic for configurable items, fully integrated into AQ and AQ Designer Plug-In applications, and is compatible with the highest industry standards for BIM and CAD. AQ currently publishes more than 230,000 CAD objects and Revit families across its US and UK platforms. Design Studio will expand to include other content-related services to assist manufacturers with the demand for high-quality media content.
