To better serve you, AutoQuotes has reorganized and streamlined previously separate functions into a centralized Customer Support department. Our Customer Support department is now your “one-stop-shop” for all your AQ account questions and technical needs.

With its consistently maintained 99 – 100 percent satisfaction rate, Customer Support will continue to handle all technical questions, training and support for AQ and its features, including:
• The AQ application
• AQ Analytics
• AQ OrderStatus
• AQ Designer Family
• Incoming calls, emails, chats and tickets submitted via the application or AutoQuotes knowledge base.
• API support for contacts, projects, AQ Catalog and OrderStatus
• Integration support for CRMs and ERPs

The Customer Support department has expanded its service skills to all our publishers and subscribers as the single point of contact for:
• Billing and invoicing questions
• User and license management, such as additions, deletions, edits and moves
• Data management, such as projects, contacts and user data
• Company permission management, such as linking companies and data management
• New manufacturer training and account management

Customer Support tracks each interaction to maintain a single thread of communication. This new centralization and its related processes will result in faster, more efficient and more complete responses to your requests and inquiries.
