Members of the AQ team hit the road this summer for the first leg of the official AQ North American Customer Tour. First stop: The Midwest, where members of AQ’s customer success, marketing and executive teams visited several manufacturers and a rep group based in the Milwaukee and Northern Illinois areas. While our industry boasts a robust conference and tradeshow calendar that allows us to interact with our customers throughout the year, oftentimes those events are a flurry of activity not always leaving time for meaningful conversations. We wanted more time to connect with our customers – face to face. Even with all the digital interaction technology at our fingertips, sometimes an in-person visit can unlock opportunities for partners to work better together. The visits also gave our customers a chance to share their company’s unique story, show off their facilities and introduce us to the teams that power their operations and rely on AQ every day.
Our sincere gratitude to the teams at Hatco Corporation, Lakeside Manufacturing, Middleby, Specialized and Tablecraft for opening their doors, sharing their AQ experience and inspiring ideas about how AQ can be better and do better for the industry we all serve.
